Refunds may not show on your account until the following billing
cycle. If you would like to know the status of your refund or
have any other questions about returning product, please contact

If the items you wish to return were originally shipped in a
box, please return them in a box. Envelopes offer insufficient protection for many of our products
and can result in damaged items.
We will refund to you
the cost of the product that you have returned but not the cost
of any outbound S&H. For your protection, we recommend
that you insure your return. Please note that MetPet.com cannot
refund the cost of inbound shipments.
For orders that are undeliverable, unclaimed or refused at the address provided, the returned order will be treated as if it were a return.
Credit will be provided to the credit card used to make the purchase. Thank you.
