MetPet.com is a USA company selling products and services in the USA.

MetPet.com respects your privacy and has not in the past and does not currently sell, give or otherwise provide your personal information to anyone for any reason except in the normal functioning of our business including the sale and delivery of products, correspondence via email or phone as you direct. If you sign up for our occasional email newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in the email. We maintain records of transactions and correspondence both on and offline for the normal functioning of our business.

Log File Information:

As with most other websites, we may collect and use the data contained in log files.  The information in the log files includes your IP address, your ISP, your browser, the time and date you visited our site and which pages you visit, etc.
 
Cookies:

We do use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site.  This could include showing you a popup or the ability to login to some of our features, such as registering your account when you purchase something. We also use third party advertisements and links to support our site.  Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise, which may also send these advertisers (such as Google or Amazon) information including your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit our site.This is generally used for geo-targeting purposes or the showing of targeted ads based on specific sites you have visited.

- Other services we use include Addthis which provides the social media buttons you see on each page and Mailchimp which provides email services for our occasional, opt-in only, newsletter.
